⚠ Important — Automatic Renewal Notice

By enrolling in Palm Luxe Laundry Club, your membership automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Your payment method on file will be charged monthly for your selected plan, plus any applicable overage, add-on, missed pickup, special handling, and separately priced item charges. Unused pounds do not roll over.

These Membership Agreement & Service Terms govern enrollment in the Palm Luxe Laundry Club, a recurring monthly wash and fold membership offered by Palm Luxe Cleaners. By enrolling, submitting payment information, checking the agreement box, or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms.

Section 01

Membership Overview

Palm Luxe Laundry Club is a monthly recurring wash and fold membership designed for regular household laundry. Depending on the selected plan, membership may include:

  1. Scheduled pickup
  2. Scheduled delivery
  3. Wash, dry, and fold service
  4. Standard detergent
  5. Standard drying
  6. Folding and packaging
  7. Monthly pound allowance
  8. Recurring monthly billing

Palm Luxe Laundry Club is not an unlimited laundry service. Each membership plan includes a specific monthly pound allowance.

Section 02

Available Membership Plans

Current membership plans are as follows. Palm Luxe Cleaners may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue membership plans at any time. Existing members will be notified of material changes before they take effect.

Section 03

Automatic Monthly Billing Disclosure

IMPORTANT AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE

By enrolling in Palm Luxe Laundry Club, the customer understands and agrees that the selected membership plan will automatically renew each month unless canceled according to these terms.

The customer authorizes Palm Luxe Cleaners to charge the payment method on file each month for the selected membership plan, plus any applicable overage charges, add-ons, missed pickup fees, special handling fees, separately priced items, taxes, or other authorized charges.

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance on the customer's enrollment date unless Palm Luxe Cleaners provides a different billing date in writing.

Example: If a customer enrolls on the 10th of the month, the membership will generally renew on the 10th of each following month unless canceled before the renewal date.

Florida law requires automatic renewal terms to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in the contract or contract offer. Florida law also requires cancellation to be available in the same manner and by the same means used to accept the contract.

Section 04

Payment Authorization

By enrolling, the customer authorizes Palm Luxe Cleaners to charge the payment method on file for:

  1. The selected monthly membership plan
  2. Overage charges
  3. Add-ons selected by the customer
  4. Missed pickup fees
  5. Extra pickup fees
  6. Rush service fees
  7. Special handling fees
  8. Separately priced items
  9. Applicable taxes
  10. Any other charges authorized under these terms

If payment is declined, expired, disputed, reversed, or otherwise not completed, Palm Luxe Cleaners may pause pickup, delivery, processing, or release of laundry until the account is brought current.

Palm Luxe Cleaners reserves the right to recover unpaid balances, chargebacks, processing fees, collection costs, or other amounts owed to the extent permitted by law.

Section 05

Founding Member Offer

If the customer enrolls under a Founding Member Offer, the discounted rate applies only to the stated promotional period. Promotional pricing does not continue unless expressly stated in writing.

Example: Founding Member Offer — First month of the Everyday Luxe Plan for $179. After the first month, the membership automatically renews at the regular rate of $219 per month unless canceled before the next billing date.

Section 06

Monthly Pound Allowance

Each membership plan includes a monthly pound allowance. Laundry is weighed at intake before processing. The recorded intake weight determines monthly usage and any overage charges.

Monthly pound allowances:

  1. Do not roll over
  2. Are not refundable
  3. Have no cash value
  4. May not be transferred to another customer
  5. May not be exchanged for other Palm Luxe services

If a customer does not use the full monthly pound allowance, the unused portion expires at the end of the billing cycle.

Section 07

Overage Charges

Laundry submitted beyond the monthly pound allowance will be billed at the current overage rate.

Current overage rate: $2.99 per pound

Overage charges will be charged to the customer's payment method on file. Palm Luxe Cleaners may provide notice of overage through invoice, receipt, email, text message, customer account, or other written or electronic communication.

Section 08

Included Items

Palm Luxe Laundry Club is intended for regular household machine washable laundry only. Included items may include ordinary washable garments and linens such as:

  1. T-shirts
  2. Casual shirts
  3. Shorts
  4. Pajamas
  5. Socks
  6. Undergarments
  7. Workout clothes
  8. Children's clothing
  9. Everyday towels
  10. Everyday sheets
  11. Other standard machine washable household laundry

Palm Luxe Cleaners reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for standard wash and fold service.

Section 09

Excluded Items

The following items are not included in Palm Luxe Laundry Club and may be rejected, returned unprocessed, or billed separately:

  1. Comforters
  2. Blankets
  3. Pillows
  4. Mattress pads
  5. Rugs
  6. Pet beds
  7. Drapes & curtains
  8. Dry cleaning items
  9. Alterations
  10. Press only & ironing items
  11. Leather, suede, & fur
  12. Wedding gowns & formal gowns
  13. Beaded or embellished garments
  14. Delicate specialty garments
  15. Hand wash only items
  16. Dry clean only items
  17. Restoration cleaning
  18. Smoke, mold, or mildew affected items
  19. Biohazard items or items containing bodily fluids
  20. Heavily soiled or excessive pet hair items
  21. Commercial laundry unless separately approved
  22. Items requiring special processing

These items may be billed separately according to Palm Luxe Cleaners' current pricing.

Section 10

Add-Ons & Special Handling Fees

Additional charges may apply for special requests or nonstandard conditions. Current add-on and special handling fees:

Section 11

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery are provided based on assigned route days, route availability, and service area coverage. Pickup and delivery windows are estimates. Service may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, staffing, equipment issues, route delays, power outages, road closures, emergency conditions, or operational needs.

Palm Luxe Cleaners does not guarantee an exact pickup or delivery time unless expressly confirmed in writing. Additional pickups outside the assigned route schedule may be available for an additional fee.

Section 12

Service Area

Palm Luxe Laundry Club is available only within approved service areas. Service availability depends on customer address, route capacity, and operational feasibility. Palm Luxe Cleaners reserves the right to decline, modify, pause, or discontinue membership service for addresses outside active route areas or for addresses that create unreasonable route inefficiency.

Section 13

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  1. Emptying all pockets before pickup
  2. Removing valuables from laundry bags
  3. Separating dry clean only items from wash and fold laundry
  4. Not placing leather, suede, gowns, delicate items, hand wash items, or specialty care items in wash and fold bags
  5. Clearly identifying special care items
  6. Providing accurate pickup and delivery instructions
  7. Providing accurate gate codes or access information
  8. Making laundry accessible during the pickup window
  9. Securing pets before pickup
  10. Keeping contact information current
  11. Keeping a valid payment method on file
  12. Reporting service issues within the required claim window

Palm Luxe Cleaners is not responsible for delays or missed service caused by inaccurate information, inaccessible laundry, locked gates, unsafe access, loose pets, or failure to follow service instructions.

Section 14

Items Left in Pockets

Customers must empty all pockets before pickup. Palm Luxe Cleaners is not responsible for damage caused by or to items left in pockets, including pens, lipstick, makeup, crayons, markers, gum, candy, keys, cash, jewelry, electronics, AirPods or earbuds, medication, receipts, paper products, or sharp objects. Palm Luxe Cleaners is not responsible for damage to other laundry caused by items left in pockets.

Section 15

Garment Care & Liability Limitations

Palm Luxe Cleaners uses professional care standards, but wash and fold laundry is bulk processed and is not the same as individual dry cleaning or specialty garment care.

Palm Luxe Cleaners is not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, fading, loose dyes, weak fabrics, manufacturer defects, pre-existing damage, worn elastic, loose buttons, damaged zippers, loose seams, pilling, embellishment loss, damage to items unsuitable for machine washing or drying, damage from incorrect or missing care labels, damage from customer placing dry clean only or specialty items in wash and fold laundry, or normal wear and tear.

Customers are responsible for reviewing care labels before placing items in wash and fold laundry. Dry clean only, hand wash only, delicate, embellished, vintage, high value, sentimental, or specialty items should not be placed in wash and fold laundry.

Section 16

High Value or Sentimental Items

Customers should not place high value, irreplaceable, sentimental, designer, vintage, heirloom, formalwear, or specialty care items in wash and fold laundry. If a customer chooses to include such items, the customer assumes the risk unless Palm Luxe Cleaners separately agrees in writing to specialty care processing.

Section 17

Missing or Damaged Item Claims

Any missing item, damage concern, delivery issue, or service complaint must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, the customer must provide: customer name, date of service, description of the item, photos (if applicable), description of the concern, and any relevant order or pickup details.

Palm Luxe Cleaners may require reasonable time to investigate any claim. Liability, if any, may be limited to the reasonable replacement value of the item, the cost of cleaning, or another amount determined by Palm Luxe Cleaners in accordance with its internal policies and applicable law. Palm Luxe Cleaners is not responsible for alleged missing items that cannot be reasonably verified through intake records, bag counts, order records, delivery confirmation, or other available documentation.

Section 18

Photo Documentation

Palm Luxe Cleaners may photograph pickup locations, delivery locations, bags, tags, order labels, completed orders, or other service-related items for service verification, delivery confirmation, quality control, customer support, dispute prevention, and internal accountability. Photos will be used for service-related purposes.

Section 19

Missed Pickups

A missed pickup occurs when Palm Luxe Cleaners arrives during the assigned pickup window and laundry is not available, accessible, or ready for pickup. A missed pickup fee of $10 may apply. Repeated missed pickups may result in plan review, route reassignment, temporary suspension, or cancellation of membership.

Section 20

Weather, Holidays & Emergency Delays

Pickup, delivery, cleaning, or processing may be delayed or rescheduled due to holidays, severe weather, hurricane watches or warnings, tropical storm conditions, flooding, road closures, power outages, equipment outages, staffing emergencies, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside Palm Luxe Cleaners' reasonable control. Palm Luxe Cleaners will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes.

Section 21

Plan Changes

Customers may request plan changes before the next billing cycle. Upgrades may be available immediately. Downgrades generally take effect at the next billing cycle. Palm Luxe Cleaners may recommend or require a plan change if the customer's usage pattern regularly exceeds the selected plan allowance or requires special handling.

Section 22

Membership Pause

Membership pauses may be available for vacation, seasonal travel, or temporary non-use. Pause requests must be submitted in advance. Palm Luxe Cleaners is not required to pause a membership retroactively after a billing cycle has already started. Paused accounts may lose assigned route priority depending on availability.

Section 23

Cancellation

Customers may cancel after the first full billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.

Customers may cancel in the same manner and by the same means used to enroll. Cancellation methods:

A cancellation is not complete until Palm Luxe Cleaners confirms receipt or the customer receives a cancellation confirmation. Unused pounds are not refunded and do not roll over after cancellation.

Section 24

Refunds

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance and are generally nonrefundable once the billing cycle begins. Refunds, credits, or adjustments may be issued at Palm Luxe Cleaners' discretion or as required by applicable law. Unused pounds do not have cash value and are not refundable.

Section 25

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Palm Luxe Cleaners directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If a customer initiates a chargeback for a valid membership charge, Palm Luxe Cleaners may suspend service while the dispute is pending. Palm Luxe Cleaners reserves the right to provide signed agreements, service records, delivery confirmations, intake weights, invoices, receipts, and customer communications to the payment processor or financial institution to resolve the dispute.

Section 26

SMS, Email & Service Communications

By enrolling, the customer agrees to receive service-related communications from Palm Luxe Cleaners, including calls, texts, emails, or account notifications related to pickup, delivery, order status, billing, payment issues, membership reminders, schedule changes, and service issues. Service-related communications are necessary to provide Palm Luxe Laundry Club.

Section 27

Promotional Communications

Customers may choose to receive promotional texts, emails, or offers from Palm Luxe Cleaners. Promotional consent is optional and is not required to purchase or use Palm Luxe Laundry Club. Customers may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to promotional text messages where applicable.

Section 28

Account Review & Service Discontinuation

Palm Luxe Cleaners reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or discontinue a customer's membership if the customer repeatedly exceeds plan limits, fails to pay amounts owed, repeatedly misses pickups, submits excluded or hazardous items, creates route inefficiency, abuses staff or service policies, disputes valid charges, violates these terms, or if service becomes operationally impractical. Palm Luxe Cleaners may cancel a membership with notice to the customer.

Section 29

Changes to Terms or Pricing

Palm Luxe Cleaners may update these Membership Agreement & Service Terms, plan pricing, add-on pricing, overage pricing, service areas, or operational policies from time to time. Palm Luxe Cleaners will provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of Palm Luxe Laundry Club after notice of changes means the customer accepts the updated terms.

Section 30

No Guarantee of Same Day or Exact Turnaround

Palm Luxe Cleaners will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service. However, turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on volume, staffing, weather, holidays, equipment, item type, and operational needs. Rush service may be available for an additional fee but is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Section 31

Entire Agreement

These Membership Agreement & Service Terms, together with the customer's selected plan, payment authorization, and any written service instructions accepted by Palm Luxe Cleaners, form the agreement between the customer and Palm Luxe Cleaners for Palm Luxe Laundry Club.

Section 32

Customer Acknowledgment

By enrolling in Palm Luxe Laundry Club, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. The membership automatically renews monthly unless canceled
  2. The customer authorizes recurring monthly charges
  3. The customer authorizes overage and add-on charges
  4. The selected plan includes a monthly pound allowance
  5. Unused pounds do not roll over
  6. Overage is billed at $2.99 per pound
  7. Certain items are excluded and may be billed separately
  8. Customer must cancel at least 5 business days before the next billing date
  9. Customer may cancel in the same manner and by the same means used to enroll
  10. Customer has read and agrees to these Membership Agreement & Service Terms
