Yes. Hypoallergenic detergent and premium scent boosters are available as monthly add-ons.
Customers may cancel after the first full billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid renewal. You can cancel online, by email, by phone, or in person. Unused pounds are not refunded.
Yes. Pickup and delivery are included on your assigned route days. Pickup and delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, holidays, or other operational factors. Additional pickups outside the assigned schedule are available for $15.
A missed pickup fee of $10 may apply if our driver arrives and no laundry is available. Repeated missed pickups may result in plan review or route reassignment.
Do not include dry clean only items, leather, suede, gowns, delicate or hand-wash items, comforters, pet beds, rugs, or any items with biohazards. Always empty all pockets before pickup. Palm Luxe is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets or by placing unsuitable items in wash and fold laundry.
Palm Luxe Laundry Club Guidelines
- Palm Luxe Laundry Club is designed for regular household machine-washable laundry. Membership includes wash, dry, fold, packaging, pickup, and delivery based on the selected plan.
- Laundry is weighed at intake before processing. Monthly pound allowances do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not refundable. Any laundry over the monthly plan limit will be billed at $2.99 per pound.
- Bulky household items, comforters, blankets, pillows, rugs, pet beds, drapes, dry cleaning, alterations, leather, suede, gowns, restoration cleaning, smoke or mold-affected items, heavily soiled items, biohazard items, and specialty care items are not included and will be rejected or billed separately.
- Pickup and delivery are available on assigned route days. Pickup and delivery windows are estimates. Additional pickups outside the assigned schedule may be available for a fee.
- Customers must empty all pockets, remove valuables, and keep dry-clean-only and specialty items out of their wash and fold bags. Palm Luxe Cleaners is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets or by unsuitable items placed in wash and fold laundry.
- Any missing item or damage concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Membership requires a valid payment method on file and renews monthly unless canceled at least 5 business days before the next billing date.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel after their first full billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid renewal. Unused pounds do not roll over and are not refunded. If a customer cancels and rejoins later, current pricing will apply. A cancellation is not complete until Palm Luxe Cleaners confirms receipt.
