Our Palm Beach route crosses the bridges Tuesdays and Fridays, collecting from the North End and the Estate Section, the Midtown blocks around Worth Avenue and Royal Poinciana, and the condominiums along South Ocean Boulevard to Sloan's Curve. We work with household staff and estate managers as readily as with the homeowner: tell us the service entrance, the gate or the doorman, and the bag goes where you say.
Seasonal residents are a large part of this route. Set up a standing Tuesday or Friday pickup when you arrive in November and we run it until you leave in spring; pause it with one call. Garments that need to be ready for an event are flagged at check-in and we tell you up front whether the date fits.
What the island sends us
Evening wear and couture, linen and silk, cashmere, men's tailoring, and a great deal of household textiles: table linens, bed linens, drapes and slipcovers. Delicate and embellished pieces go through professional wet cleaning or hand finishing rather than the default cycle, and we will say so if something should not be cleaned at all. Alterations are done in-house in Wellington and can be marked at the counter or, for repairs that need no fitting, sent with the bag.
