Suede has a nap that flattens and marks, and it cannot be treated like smooth leather. We clean it working with the nap, then raise the texture back rather than leaving it slick and shiny.

Clean matched pieces together. If you have a jacket and pants, or a two-piece set, send both at the same time. Cleaning one and not the other is how a matched set stops matching.
Allow more time than a garment. Leather work is hand work and cannot be rushed without risking the hide. We confirm a realistic date at drop-off. If a piece has a tear, a broken zipper, or a seam to repair, that goes through Alterations & Repairs and adds time.
