Starch. Some people want a shirt that stands up on its own. Others cannot stand the feel of it. Tell us your level and we hold to it, rather than applying a house default and hoping.
Hanger or folded. On hangers for the closet, or folded and boxed for a suitcase. If you travel regularly, folded saves you re-pressing at the other end.
We record your preferences on your account, so you set them once and stop thinking about it. If something comes back not quite right, tell us and we will adjust it for next time. That is easier than you re-explaining it every week.

Shirts are priced per shirt. Call (561) 530-4881 for our current rate, or ask at the counter. If you send shirts every week, ask about the Laundry Club, which is built around regular service.
Yes, and we keep it on your account so you only have to say it once. Tell us at drop-off or when you set up your first pickup, and every order after that follows the same instruction.
Either. Hangers suit a closet, folded suits a suitcase. Tell us which you prefer and it goes on your account with your starch preference.
We treat collars and cuffs specifically, since that is where body oils build up and where most shirts fail first. Long-set marks on an older shirt may not come out completely, and we will tell you rather than quietly hand it back.
Buttons do occasionally break in pressing, and we replace them. If you want a button matched exactly on a shirt that matters, mention it at drop-off. For anything beyond buttons, see Alterations & Repairs.
Standard shirts are typically ready within 2 to 3 days. We confirm your ready-by date when the order is checked in, and a recurring weekly pickup keeps a clean rotation moving without you tracking it.
