Before You Come In
Bring the shoes. Hem length depends entirely on the shoes you will wear with the garment, and heel height changes everything. The same goes for the belt, the jacket, or whatever else the piece is worn with.
Plan to try it on. Alterations are marked on you, not measured from a chart. Wear or bring what you would normally wear underneath so the fit is judged accurately.
Give yourself time. Alterations are hand work and the schedule depends on what else is in the queue, so book earlier than you think you need to. We confirm your ready-by date at drop-off.
