Standard items are typically ready within 2 to 3 days. Specialty items such as leather, gowns and rugs take longer. We confirm timelines when we check in your order.
Yes. Schedule online, set your pickup spot, and we handle the rest. See pickup and delivery, or join the Laundry Club for a recurring weekly route.
$3.99 per pound with a 10 lb minimum. Laundry Club members pay roughly $2.74 per pound. See wash, dry & fold.
Yes, cleaning and preservation both. The sooner after the wedding the better, because sugar and oil stains oxidize invisibly. See gown preservation.
Yes. Jackets, handbags, gloves and suede, cleaned and then reconditioned so the hide stays supple. See leather & suede.
Yes. Hems, zippers, seams and linings, quoted at the counter before any work begins. See alterations & repairs.
We use biodegradable solutions and do not use Perchloroethylene (Perc), the solvent the EPA has been phasing out of dry cleaning. We also offer water-based professional wet cleaning for garments that suit it.
Empty pockets, note any stains, and separate dry-clean-only items from washables if you can. We inspect everything on arrival and advise accordingly.
