Service Terms & Garment Care Policy
Terms, Conditions &
Liability Disclaimer
Palm Luxe Cleaners · Bard Cleaning LLC · Effective November 3, 2026
The short version
- These Terms apply to every item you leave with us, of any kind, for any service: dry cleaning, laundry, Laundry Club, alterations, gowns, rugs, leather, shoes, household items, equestrian, restoration and anything else.
- We clean, press, alter, preserve and restore textiles using professional methods, but textile care always carries risk and no result is guaranteed.
- All items are accepted at the customer's risk. If we are ever found responsible for an item, that responsibility is capped at the lesser of ten times the ticket charge for that item or its depreciated value as determined under the national Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products, and never more than $100 per item or $300 per order. Original price, brand and sentimental value are never recoverable.
- Items of unusual value must be declared in writing at drop-off or they are treated as ordinary garments.
- Inspect your order on receipt. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, with the item, the ticket and photos, or the claim is waived.
- Delicate, embellished, vintage, leather, rug, gown, restoration and unlabeled items are processed entirely at your risk, with no responsibility on our part.
- Garments not collected within 90 days may be donated or disposed of.
- Every concern is handled through our customer service process below, and we will talk with you directly before anything is decided.
1.Agreement to These Terms
These Terms, Conditions and Liability Disclaimer (the "Terms") govern every service provided by Bard Cleaning LLC, doing business as Palm Luxe Cleaners, formerly Go Green Dry Cleaners of Wellington ("Palm Luxe," "we," "us," "our"), located at 4360 S State Rd 7, Wellington, FL 33449, including counter drop-off, pickup and delivery, dry cleaning, laundry, wash and fold, shirt laundry, alterations and repairs, wedding gown cleaning and preservation, leather and suede, rugs, comforters and household items, shoe and boot care, equestrian apparel, mold and mildew remediation, restoration cleaning and any other service we offer now or in the future (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to every item of every kind left with us or collected by us, for any Service, whether or not that item or Service is specifically named here, including garments, textiles, household goods, footwear, accessories, tack and any other article, and whether received at the counter, by route pickup, by courier, through a locker, from a third party, or in any other way.
By leaving an item with us at the counter, scheduling or completing a pickup, placing an item out for collection, accepting a ticket or receipt, paying for Services, or otherwise using the Services, you ("you," "Customer") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of any owner of the items for whom you are acting. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Members of the Palm Luxe Laundry Club are also bound by the Laundry Club Membership Agreement, which adds membership, billing and plan rules. These Terms apply to Laundry Club items and every other item alike; where the Membership Agreement and these Terms both address a subject, the provision that gives Palm Luxe the greater protection applies. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
2.Nature of Our Services
Palm Luxe is a professional garment and textile care provider. Our Wellington location is a service counter and drop store. Alterations, repairs and wedding gown preservation are performed in-house at our Wellington shop. Other cleaning processes are performed locally within Palm Beach County at professional facilities we work with, and your items do not leave Palm Beach County. By using the Services you authorize us to select the cleaning method, process, facility and handling we consider appropriate for each item, and to transport items between our counter, our delivery vehicles and those facilities.
We process items according to the manufacturer's care label where one is present and legible, and according to our professional judgment where it is not, where the label is contradictory, or where in our judgment the labeled method is inappropriate for the item's condition. Where you ask us to process an item in a way that differs from its care label, or to process an item with no care label, you do so at your own risk and accept all resulting outcomes.
3.No Guarantee of Results
Textile cleaning, pressing, alteration, preservation, remediation and restoration are inherently uncertain processes. We do not guarantee, warrant or promise that any stain will be removed, any odor eliminated, any mold or contamination remediated, any damage reversed, any item restored to its original or any particular condition, any color or texture preserved, any garment fit or alteration result achieved, or any item returned by a particular date.
Statements on our website, in our marketing, on social media, in reviews, or made by our staff describing typical results, quality standards, turnaround times or our commitment to care are descriptions of our goals and standards of effort. They are not guarantees or warranties of any specific outcome for your item. Any statement that an item is "guaranteed," "pristine," "like new," "restored," "preserved" or similar is to be read subject to this Section.
We will tell you, before work begins where practical, if we believe an item is unlikely to respond to treatment or is at elevated risk. If you ask us to proceed anyway, you accept the risk of the outcome and all charges for the work performed.
Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that professional cleaning, pressing, alteration, preservation, remediation and restoration can damage or destroy an item even when performed correctly and with ordinary care, and that it is not possible to predict in advance how any particular item will respond. By leaving an item with us you knowingly and voluntarily assume every such risk, and you agree that any item is accepted for processing at your sole risk except to the limited extent set out in Section 8.
4.Inherent Risks & Excluded Conditions
Certain conditions are the result of the item's materials, construction, age, prior use, prior treatment or the environment it was exposed to, and are not caused by our handling. We accept no responsibility whatsoever, and you fully and forever release and discharge us from any claim, loss, damage, diminution in value or dissatisfaction, whether or not visible at drop-off and whether or not it could have been detected by inspection, arising from or related to:
- Manufacturer and construction defects: defective, unstable or non-colorfast dyes; finishes, coatings, glues, bonding or fusing that fail in normal processing; inadequate or inaccurate care labels; poor stitching; fabrics or trims that are not suitable for the labeled cleaning method.
- Pre-existing weakness or damage: fabric weakened by age, sunlight, perspiration, deodorant, perfume, alcohol, cosmetics, body oils, salt, chlorine, insects, moisture, mold or prior cleaning attempts, which may tear, shred, fade, yellow, discolor or disintegrate during normal processing even though the damage was not visible beforehand.
- Stains and odors: stains that are set, aged, oxidized, previously treated, invisible at drop-off, or of unknown origin; latent stains (such as sugar, white wine, champagne and body oils) that are invisible until heat or time reveals them; odors from smoke, mildew, pets, perfume, chemicals or storage.
- Shrinkage, stretching, distortion or texture change in natural fibers, knits, wool, cashmere, silk, rayon, linen, viscose, blends and loosely constructed fabrics.
- Color loss, bleeding, crocking, fading or migration, including in items labeled as washable or dry-cleanable, and in multi-color, printed, dip-dyed, hand-dyed, vintage or imported items.
- Trim, embellishments and hardware: beads, sequins, rhinestones, pearls, feathers, leather or suede trim, fur, metallic threads, elastic, belts, shoulder pads, buttons, buckles, zippers, snaps, hooks, bows, appliqués, glued or heat-set decorations, and any attached or detachable accessory, which may melt, discolor, crack, loosen, detach or be lost during normal processing.
- Delicate, specialty and high-risk items: silk, satin, velvet, lace, tulle, chiffon, organza, taffeta, sheer fabrics, pleated or crinkled fabrics, antique or vintage textiles, heirlooms, couture or designer pieces, hand-made items, items with interfacing or padding, down and feather items, leather, suede, fur, shearling, and any item marked "do not dry clean," "do not wash," "spot clean only" or without a care label.
- Rugs and household textiles: dye bleeding, fringe damage, foundation or backing deterioration, latex breakdown, browning, pet-urine damage and odor, moth damage, and pre-existing wear, all of which may become apparent only after cleaning.
- Normal processing effects: minor pilling, lint, fiber loss, button or seam stress, slight sheen, and minor pressing marks consistent with professional cleaning.
- Items left in pockets or attached to garments: cash, jewelry, keys, cards, pens, lipstick, gum, electronics, documents, or any other object, and any damage those objects cause to the item, to other customers' items or to our equipment, for which you are responsible.
- Causes beyond our reasonable control: fire, flood, hurricane, storm, power or water failure, theft, burglary, civil disturbance, pandemic, labor action, mechanical failure of equipment or vehicles, carrier or facility error, or any other force majeure event.
- Any other cause not resulting from our failure to exercise ordinary care. You agree that damage occurring during processing is presumed to result from one of the conditions above unless you prove otherwise by a qualified independent textile analysis.
Any item that falls within a category listed in this Section, or that is marked "do not dry clean," "do not wash," "spot clean only," "dry clean only" where you request washing, or that has no legible care label, is accepted solely as an accommodation to you, entirely at your risk, and without any responsibility on our part for its outcome, and our acceptance of such an item is conditioned on this release.
5.Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Empty all pockets and remove detachable belts, pins, brooches, cuff links, shoulder pads and accessories before drop-off or pickup. We are not responsible for items left in or on garments.
- Disclose at drop-off, on the ticket or in the pickup notes: any stains and their likely source; any prior treatment; any known weakness, damage, loose trim or prior repair; and any special instructions. Undisclosed conditions are at your risk.
- Declare items of unusual value in writing at drop-off (see Section 8). Any item not so declared is deemed to have a value no greater than the liability limit in Section 8, regardless of its actual purchase price, brand, age, rarity or sentimental significance.
- Confirm your order: check the item count and description on your ticket or confirmation at drop-off or pickup. The item count on our ticket is final unless you dispute it at that time.
- Inspect your items promptly on receipt and report any concern within the period in Section 10. Failure to inspect is at your risk.
- Document items of concern. If you want a record of an item's condition at drop-off, photograph it before sending it to us. Absent your photo and a written note on the ticket, the item is deemed to have been in the condition our intake record shows, and any pre-existing damage is deemed to have been present at drop-off.
- Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep it current.
- Not send us items contaminated with biohazards, bodily fluids, hazardous chemicals, pesticides, fuel, or infestations (such as bed bugs or lice) without telling us in advance. We may refuse, isolate, return or dispose of any such item, and you are responsible for any resulting cleaning, equipment or third-party costs.
6.Specialty Services
Alterations & Repairs
Alterations are performed in-house to the measurements, pin marks and instructions agreed at fitting or drop-off. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements you provide or approve. We do not guarantee fit, and we are not responsible for changes in the Customer's size, weight or preference after measurement. Alterations that remove fabric or shorten garments cannot be reversed. Repairs to weakened or damaged fabric may not hold, and we are not responsible for further deterioration adjacent to a repair. Alteration charges are quoted before work begins and are due regardless of whether the Customer later changes their mind.
Wedding Gowns, Formalwear & Preservation
Gown cleaning and preservation are performed in-house using professional methods. We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, especially latent sugar, wine, champagne, grass, dirt, cosmetic or body-oil stains, or restoration of yellowing, oxidation, or discoloration. Beading, sequins, pearls, lace, silk, satin, tulle, boning, bustle hardware and glued embellishments are processed at your risk. Preservation packaging is intended to reduce, not eliminate, the effects of time, light, humidity and storage conditions, which are outside our control once the item leaves our care. We make no representation regarding the condition of a preserved item in the future.
Leather, Suede, Fur & Shearling
Skins and hides are natural products that vary in dye, thickness, finish and age. Cleaning may result in color change, lightening, darkening, streaking, loss of oils or finish, stiffening, shrinkage, texture change, stretching, or exposure of scars, blemishes or previous repairs. These outcomes are inherent to leather and suede care and are not defects in our work. We may decline any item we judge too fragile to process.
Rugs, Comforters & Household Items
Rugs, comforters, duvets, pillows, drapes, upholstery covers, slipcovers and similar items may have unstable dyes, deteriorated backings, hidden pet contamination, weak seams or fill that shifts or clumps. We are not responsible for dye migration, fringe loss, backing separation, browning, residual odor, fill distortion, or shrinkage in these items, nor for damage to flooring, furniture or finishes that occurs after a rug or textile is returned.
Shoes, Boots & UGG Cleaning
Footwear cleaning and repair involve glued, stitched and dyed components that may react unpredictably. We are not responsible for sole separation, color change, water-marking, texture change, loss of shape or hardware failure in footwear, nor for pre-existing wear that becomes visible once soil is removed.
Equestrian Apparel & Tack Textiles
Show coats, breeches, shirts, stock ties, horse blankets, saddle pads and similar items are often heavily soiled and constructed with technical fabrics, foams, membranes, straps, buckles, Velcro and reflective materials. We are not responsible for delamination, loss of waterproofing, strap or buckle damage, Velcro wear, foam compression, or residual stains and odors from animal contact, sweat or manure.
Mold, Mildew & Restoration Cleaning
Mold, mildew, smoke, soot, water, sewage and storm damage cleaning is remediation of textiles only. We are not a licensed mold assessor or remediator for structures, we do not test for or certify the absence of mold, spores, bacteria, allergens or contaminants, and we make no representation that any item is safe for use by any person, including persons with allergies, asthma, immune conditions or chemical sensitivities. Results depend on the type, extent and duration of exposure. Some items cannot be saved, and we will tell you so where we can identify it. Where an insurance carrier, adjuster or remediation contractor is involved, you remain responsible for all charges unless the carrier has confirmed payment to us in writing before work begins. Our inventories and recommendations are provided to assist your claim and are not appraisals or valuations.
Wash, Dry & Fold
Wash-and-fold items are processed by weight in commercial equipment according to general category, not individually inspected or sorted by care label. Items placed in a wash-and-fold bag are processed as washable and dryable. We are not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, damage to delicate items, or items left in pockets within wash-and-fold orders. Laundry Club members: see the Membership Agreement.
7.Pickup & Delivery
- Routes and windows. Pickup and delivery routes run on scheduled days (currently Tuesdays and Fridays) within our service area. Times are estimates. We may change route days, windows and the service area at any time, and may suspend routes for weather, road conditions, safety or operational reasons without liability.
- Unattended pickup. Items placed out for collection before we have taken possession of them are at your sole risk. We are not responsible for items that are missing, wet, soiled, damaged or taken before our driver collects them, or for items left out that we did not collect because they were not visible or accessible.
- Unattended delivery. If you authorize delivery to a door, porch, lobby, garage, gate, barn, concierge, doorman, housekeeper, trainer or other location or person, our responsibility ends when the items are left at that location or with that person, and you accept all risk of loss, theft, weather and damage after that point. Our driver's delivery record, photo or scan is conclusive evidence of delivery.
- Access. You are responsible for providing gate codes, access instructions and a safe, legal place to stop. Repeated failed pickups or deliveries caused by access problems may incur a fee or result in suspension of route service.
- Bags and hangers. Palm Luxe bags, hangers, garment covers and bins remain our property and are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for personal bags or containers used for pickup.
- Item counts. Our count at check-in is final and conclusive. Items not recorded on our ticket are deemed never to have been received. Please list items in your pickup notes if you want a record of what was sent.
- Weather. Palm Beach County weather is unpredictable. Items left out for pickup or delivery are exposed to rain, humidity, heat, animals and insects, and we accept no responsibility for any resulting condition.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, and subject to the exclusions in Section 4, our total liability for any item that is lost, damaged, or otherwise the subject of a claim, regardless of the legal theory, is limited to the lesser of: (a) ten (10) times the cleaning, alteration or service charge for that specific item as shown on the ticket; or (b) the depreciated value of the item at the time of loss, calculated under the Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products published by the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI), the national industry standard, applying its life-expectancy tables and depreciation percentages for the item's category, age, condition and wear, or, if that guide is unavailable, a comparable national industry standard. You agree that the Fair Claims Guide is the sole method of valuation and that no appraisal, receipt, replacement quote or other valuation will be substituted for it. In no event will our liability for any single item exceed $100, or for any single order exceed $300, unless a higher declared value was accepted in writing under this Section. This limitation applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and applies to claims in contract, bailment, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise. Liability arises only where you prove that the loss or damage was caused by our failure to exercise ordinary care, and not by any condition listed in Section 4.
We will never be liable for the original purchase price, replacement cost new, designer or brand premium, sentimental or emotional value, appraisal value, or the cost of a matching item or set, and we are not responsible for the remaining pieces of a set, suit, ensemble or pair where only one piece is affected. Our liability is further reduced by the service charge for the item, which remains payable, and by any amount recoverable from your homeowner's, renter's or other insurance, which you agree to pursue first.
Declared-value items
If you wish us to accept responsibility above these limits for an item of unusual value, you must declare the item and its value in writing at drop-off and obtain our written acceptance, which we may condition on an additional handling charge, proof of value, a signed release, or decline in our discretion. Absent a written acceptance, the standard limits apply.
No consequential damages
In no event will Palm Luxe, Bard Cleaning LLC, their owners, employees, drivers, contractors, or the facilities we work with be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of an event or occasion, travel, inconvenience, emotional distress, loss of income or profits, or damage to property other than the item itself, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Remedies
Where a claim is accepted, we may, at our option: (i) re-clean, re-press, repair or re-work the item at no charge; (ii) refund the service charge for the item; and/or (iii) pay compensation up to the limit in this Section. Payment of a claim transfers ownership of the item to us unless we agree otherwise. These are your sole and exclusive remedies.
9.Lost, Damaged or Missing Items
Missing items. If you believe an item is missing, tell us immediately with your ticket number and a description. Most reported "missing" items are found in our system, on a later route, or mixed with another order, and we will search for up to 30 days before treating an item as lost. An item is considered lost only after that search, and only if it was recorded on our ticket at check-in. We have no responsibility for any item not recorded on our ticket, for items alleged to have been in a wash-and-fold bag or pickup bag beyond the recorded count or weight, or for items reported missing more than 48 hours after pickup or delivery.
Damaged items. Damage attributable to our handling, rather than to a condition listed in Section 4, is handled under Section 8. We may require an independent textile analysis (for example, by the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute's garment analysis laboratory) to determine the cause of damage. If the analysis finds the cause was a manufacturer defect, pre-existing condition or an excluded condition, the claim will be declined and we may ask you to bear the cost of the analysis; if it finds the cause was our handling, we will bear that cost and resolve the claim under Section 8.
Items not in good condition on receipt. If an item is returned to you not cleaned, pressed or altered to our usual standard, your first remedy is to return it so we can re-process it at no charge. We ask for that opportunity before any other resolution is discussed.
10.Claims Process
Every concern is handled personally, and we commit to speaking with you directly. To make sure we can investigate fairly, the following process applies and is a condition of any claim:
- Inspect on receipt. Check your items when you collect them at the counter or when they are delivered.
- Report within 48 hours. Any concern about loss, damage, quality, count or alteration must be reported to us within forty-eight (48) hours of the date you collected the order or the date we recorded delivery. Call (561) 530-4881, email [email protected], or come to the counter. Concerns reported after 48 hours are waived in full, as we cannot establish the item's condition at return, and your acceptance of the order without timely objection is conclusive evidence that it was delivered complete and in satisfactory condition.
- Return the item unaltered. Bring or send the item to us in the condition you received it, together with the ticket, receipt or confirmation, and any care labels, hang tags or packaging. Do not wash, treat, repair, alter or wear the item after discovering the concern; doing so prevents assessment and voids the claim. Items must be made available for inspection; we cannot assess photographs alone.
- We review and talk with you. A manager will inspect the item, review the ticket, intake notes and processing records, and contact you, usually within 5 business days, to discuss what we found and what we propose. We may need additional time where an outside analysis or a facility review is required, and we will tell you if so.
- Resolution. We will give you a written decision, by email or text, within 30 days of receiving the item, with the remedy offered under Section 8 or the reason the claim was declined.
- Escalation. If you disagree with the decision, you may ask in writing within 7 days for review by the owner. The owner's decision completes our internal process and is final as to any remedy offered by us.
A claim is accepted only when confirmed by us in writing. No employee, driver or counter staff member has authority to admit liability or promise compensation on our behalf. Charges for the order remain due while a claim is reviewed, and any credit or payment agreed will be applied once the claim is resolved.
11.Unclaimed Garments
Please collect your items promptly. We will send reminders to the contact details on file. Any item not collected or delivered within ninety (90) days of the ready date, for whatever reason, including an unpaid balance or an unresolved claim, is deemed abandoned, and, to the extent permitted by Florida law, we may donate, sell, recycle or dispose of it without further notice and without liability to you, and apply any proceeds to unpaid charges. We may charge a reasonable storage fee for items held more than 30 days after the ready date. Items subject to a pending claim will be retained for the duration of the claims process described in Section 10, after which this Section applies.
12.Pricing, Payment & Turnaround
- Prices are those in effect at drop-off or pickup and may change without notice. Quotes for alterations, restoration, specialty and declared-value items are given before work begins where practical; where an item requires more work than is apparent at intake (for example, heavy soiling, additional pieces, lining, extra seams or stain treatment), we will contact you before incurring materially higher charges where we reasonably can, and you agree to pay the reasonable additional charge for that work.
- Payment is due on collection or delivery, or on the card on file for route and account customers. Items may be held until payment is received. Returned payments, chargebacks and collection costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, are your responsibility.
- Turnaround times quoted are estimates. We are not liable for delay, and delay is not grounds for a refund, except where we have accepted a rush order in writing and failed to meet it, in which case your remedy is a refund of the rush fee.
- Cancellations after work has begun are charged for the work performed.
- All charges are non-refundable except as expressly provided in Section 8. Dissatisfaction with a result that falls within Section 3 or Section 4 is not grounds for a refund, credit or chargeback.
13.Communications
By providing your mobile number you agree that we may send transactional text messages and calls about your orders, pickups, deliveries, readiness, claims and account (for example, through our order-management system). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; doing so may limit our ability to notify you about pickups and deliveries. We will not send marketing text messages without your separate express consent. Notices we send to the email, mobile number or address on file are deemed received when sent.
14.Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services are provided "as is" and "with all faults." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm Luxe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike performance, or any warranty arising from course of dealing, usage or trade. No oral or written information or advice given by Palm Luxe or its staff creates a warranty.
15.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Palm Luxe, Bard Cleaning LLC and their owners, employees, drivers, contractors and partner facilities from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) items you deliver to us that are contaminated, hazardous, infested, stolen or not yours to deliver; (c) objects left in or on items; (d) inaccurate measurements, instructions or information you provide; or (e) any claim by a third party relating to items you placed with us.
16.Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before beginning any legal proceeding, you agree to complete the claims process in Section 10 and then to attempt in good faith, for at least 30 days, to resolve the dispute informally with the owner. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, including small claims court where the amount qualifies, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, you and Palm Luxe each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute will be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative proceeding. Any claim relating to the Services must be filed within six (6) months after the date of pickup or delivery of the order concerned, or it is permanently barred, regardless of any longer period otherwise allowed by law. In any proceeding the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
17.General Provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with your ticket or confirmation, the Laundry Club Membership Agreement (for members) and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Palm Luxe regarding the Services and supersede all prior statements.
- Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at palmluxecleaners.com/service-terms with a new effective date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
- Refusal of service. We may decline to accept any item or to serve any customer, and may refuse items we consider unsafe, unsuitable or too fragile to process, without liability.
- Headings and summary. Headings and the "short version" summary are for convenience only; the full text of each Section controls.
- Notice. These Terms are referenced on our tickets, receipts, order confirmations, pickup confirmations and counter signage, and are available at the counter on request. You agree you had the opportunity to read them before leaving any item with us.
- Enforceability. Each limitation, exclusion and release in these Terms applies to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law and is intended to be enforced to that extent even if another part is held unenforceable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
